With Emotional Freedom Techniques we release fears, anxiety and much more. During the Healing Tarot Bootcamp for all signs, we are tapping on specific meridians on the body in combination with saying sentences we relate to our emotional experiences.
Before starting an EFT tappin session, rate the emotions you are about to tap on. For instance if you experience anxiety for spiders, rate this fear from 0 to 10. When you rate the emotion as a 10 it means you feel a lot of anxiety for spiders. Test your fear by looking at a picture of a spider for example, to find out if your fears are gone. You will be surprised by the quick results!
With EFT you release a lot of toxins from the body. Because of that it is important to drink enough water after doing an EFT session.
